Responsibilities:
- Development of architectural projects of different scale from conceptual design to engineering documentation.
- Management of a distributed team of architects and engineers and teamwork organization.
- Presentations, negotiations with employers from different countries.
- Project management, work with risk and deviations of the project.
المهارات
- Completed higher (post-secondary) architectural education
- Architectural work experience
- Understanding and knowledge of the key design stages
- Good communicating skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Project Architect/Architectural team leader
- Role of the leading architect with the planning function
- Working English
