الوصف الوظيفي
- Provides high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- Collects requested data and information from various sources including emails and other correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and other documents; prepares summaries of finds and/or other related written correspondence as required.
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepares agenda and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested, which may include recordkeeping, maintaining office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance, and handling packages and correspondence.
- Operate standard office equipment including laptop, or desktop, calculator, copier, printer, scanner and other related office equipment.
- Handles confidential information about staff, hospital and finance issues.
- Maintains documents, patient and staff details confidentiality.
- Use a range of office software, including email, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Liaise with and assist the Office Manager and other Exe Members when needed.
- Ensure highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure that assigned tasks/duties are finished within the given timeline.
- Attend Staff Meetings, and actively help to improve the service we offer.
- Adhere the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.
- Perform adhoc tasks which may be assigned on project basis.
