الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the correct operation of any Digital and PC computer equipment and logging any software or hardware problems encountered and reporting these problems to the EC&IS Manager.
- Communicate problems fixes and workarounds to direct users, provide technical support to EC&IS partners, undertake any technical investigations, development and testing as may be required for immediate restoration of service and provide comprehensive technical support for end-users.
- Configures PC’s, install, upgrade operating systems and other application and graphical software’s
- Responsible of providing Software Support Services such as moving software images from Development Environment to Production Environment and coordinates hospital Staff about Internet problems or connectivity issues that enables most users to get access to the information they needed.
- Helping with the department proactive efforts (documentation, presentation, etc).
- Handling training of Operation Staff, Nurses, Secretary & Receptionist in the operation of the OASIS Hospital Systems and provide training manuals for the users.
المهارات
- Must be a computer literate.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
