الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for network security on HP Windows 2000 Advanced Server, manage printer queues, and analyze user-trouble calls on software and hardware related problems.
- Maintain storage systems including security backups of the PC File Servers, offsite archives and other disaster recovery procedures.
- Communicate problem fixes and work around to direct users, provide technical support to EC&IS partners, undertake any technical investigation, development and testing as maybe required for immediate restoration of service and provide comprehensive technical support for end-users.
- Assigns, supervises and coordinates the activities of a staff of computer operators and support staff in a computer installation.
- Responsible of providing Software Support Services such as moving software images from Development Environment to Production Environment and coordinates hospital Staff about Internet problems or connectivity issues that enables most users to get access to the information they needed.
المهارات
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
