3.Ramadan Abu Lebbeh & Sons Co Al Nejmah Sweets- are looking for receptionist with the following requirement:
Responsibilities and duties:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitor to the appropriate person
• Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and material .
Requirement :
• Diploma / B.A. degree in business administration or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience as receptionist
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Very good typing skills in Arabic and English
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skill
• Multitasking and time management
• Very good In MS office
• Very good communication skills mandatory in both English and Arabic
• Presentable
