Quest is working in partnership with a leading company in the field of commercial and home gym equipment who is looking for a Service Engineer to be based in Dammam/Jeddah, KSA. You will be working alongside a very qualified and professional team.

Responsibilities
Responsible for executing jobs in line with defined standard operating proceduresResponsible for achieving field performance (TTS, FTFR, JMR3)Responsible for managing stock of parts and guarantee a high-level inventory record accuracyEducates customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipmentResponsible for executing an effective root cause analysis of a product issue, with the goal to identify the proper parts to be used and determine the appropriate solution
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in a similar roleDiploma / Degree in Electronics & communications or similarMechanical / electronic engineering skillsEnglish knowledge (B2 / C1 level)
