Our client, an award-winning engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their Riyadh team. The company is responsible for consulting on some of the most prestigious projects across the globe.
The role could be ideal for a standalone HR Manager who already works within the construction or engineering industry.
The role will enable you to draw on your experience in multiple areas of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, data management, and reporting, terms and conditions, and payroll. You will require excellent attention to detail, you will ensure effective workflows are in place and actively manage all processes.
- Partner with the business in dealing with all operational and strategic matters relating to HR.
- Review and develop existing HR policies and procedures within the business.
- Manage all employee relations, including absences, disciplinaries, annual and sick leave, deployment, and onboarding.
- Work closely with management to develop competency-based pay and recognition systems to aid talent attraction and retention.
- Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
- Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
- Oversee and maintain the staff handbook.
- Provide comprehensive HR function to support the business including plan, directing, and coordinating HR management activities to achieve the business strategy
- Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources is a distinct advantage.
- Ten years experience in HR with the last five years in a management position
- Enthusiastic, creative, and approachable, you will demonstrate strong HR skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, and planning skills.
- Up to date with current Saudi Law and government regulations.
- Fluency in Arabic & English
- Computer literacy.
- Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve the efficiency of HR processes.
- Utilizing digital tools to manage in-house corporate data with utmost diligence.
- Exemplary command of interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate positively.
- Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
- Eager to research and implement new activities for creating a cheerful and friendly work culture.
