The secretary will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support activities. Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Handling office administration tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assisting with Human Resources tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing employee benefits.
  • Filing invoices and contracts in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Performing other general office duties as needed, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software is required.
  • Experience in administrative or office support.
