ADS is seeking to hire a SALES MANAGER with the following requirements:
Scope of work :
Managing the sales team to ensure achieving the required tasks, responsibilities and objectives. Studying the market and designing the annual business plan for the business unit and supervising the implementation of its sales plans and objectives by understanding market needs and providing solutions and support, following up, developing and managing long, medium and short-term sales plans to achieve the goals and improve the competitive level, maintain existing customers and attract new customers to build Good customer base, continuous monitoring and evaluation of sales activities.
Qualifications & skills:
– Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Marketing or any related field.
– 8-10 years of experience in pharmacies and hospital sales field
– High organizational, analytical skills and Strategic thinking
– High communication & problem solving skills
– Customer relationship management
– Full knowledge of the principles, strategies and methods of sales and marketing
– Technical and scientific knowledge of the company's products
– Knowledge of competitors
– Sales Forecasting and cost awareness
– High leadership and influence skills
