– Atleast 3 years UAE experienced in Construction Industry.
– Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent and acquisition, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
– Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedure.
– Proficient in MS Office.
– Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
– Strong ethics and reliability Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
– Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
– Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
– Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
– Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
– Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
– Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
– Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
– Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
– Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
– Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
– Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
– Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
– Monitor employee morale and company culture.
– Maintain employee personnel records.
– Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
– Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
– Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
– Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
– Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
– Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
– Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
– Support other assigned functions.
– Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
