- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
- Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
- Create a systematic methodology for maintaining the accuracy and relevant information to facilitate the quick assessment of clients.
- Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
- Send daily sales visit report to DGM.
- Call existing customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Share feedback to operations team about the expected rates for acquiring a client and coordinate for smooth execution.
