Main Responsibilities:

Manage the Operations and the Related Administrations.
Manage the communications with Malls and locations managements and decisions makers.
Manage the product Procurements.
Brand Management.
Support the in-store teams and will be responsible for coaching and development of the retail staff to ensure the stores’ standards and profitability.
Initiative to improve business operations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and you will be involved in opening of the new stores within the region.
Involved in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting and you will ensure all the designated stores will meet or exceed the given targets and KPIs.
Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets to ensure they meet set objectives
Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide solutions that address performance issues.
Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clienteles'
Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information.
Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals.
Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations.

Bachelors or Masters in ( BA, Finance, Marketing, Retail Operations, Business management OR relevant Field)
13 years' Retail Operations management. Working knowledge in SAP – ERP system (preferred) Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills
proactive and capable of working with a high level of autonomy.
Arabic speaking is an advantage and or bilingual.
UAE located with Transferable residence
