We are looking for a new business super star to be based in KSA, working with our international teams in the Middle East and North Africa.
Core focus:
The Business Development Manager – KSA, will lead the on-ground business development in KSA and income generation from the commercial & government sectors.
The BDM, KSA will follow targets set by the RMD & CCO, generating income and work across KSA to manage delivery of commercial benefits.
The BDM, KSA will also onboard new clients and coordinate projects with the European, Egypt, UAE and Qatar based delivery teams.
Goals & Objectives and KPI’s to be centered around:
- To position us as the agency of choice to work with; in delivering value through meaningful relationships, targeted and effective campaigns centered around results and unique and bold ideas that deliver award-winning campaigns
- To uphold the strong reputation of the brand across MENA and Europe
- A steadfast approach to achieving the financial goals of the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in KSA
- Approach new client contacts to secure meetings, presentations and receipt of RFPs, RFIs, Tenders and Pitch invitations.
- Organize meetings and coordinate presence of senior teams members where required.
- Set meeting agenda and objectives
- Communicate background to business/brand and prospect’s staff to senior team ahead of meeting.
- Create compelling, presentations, credentials and proposals for prospect meetings.
- Collaborate with RMD & CCO to deliver high pitch conversion rate.

MUST HAVES :
– 2 to 6 years’ experience (or more)
– Degree in Marketing Communication, Business or a related field
– B2B (Enterprise) Sales / Business Development / Agency New Business / Agency Account Management experience
– BDM in the advertising and marketing industry
– KSA National
Skills Required

Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing Communication, Business or related field.
- 2 to 6 years’ experience (or more)
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in the Middle East
- Spoken Arabic is an advantage.
