الوصف الوظيفي
- Assign daily Job activities to his team of technicians in coordination with concerned Site & Planning Engineers and ensures that all required Installation/System Material, Tools, Scaffoldings, PPE, AFC dwgs, work permits, etc.. are readily available prior to start of any activities.
- Closely Supervise his team of technicians to ensure that their work is executed in-line with approved AFC dwgs, Industry standards and within reasonable timeframe.
- Responsible to provide technical couchingassistance to his team of technicians including problem solving and troubleshooting
- Responsible to check the approved for construction (AFC) drawings against site condition & highlight and conflicts.
- Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, perform other related duties when requested.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma.
- Minimum of 7 years of related site experience.
- Good knowledge of electrical (low current) or mechanical (fire alarm) systems installation.
- Good knowledge of visual inspection diagnoses.
- Excellent English Language.
- Ability to relocate.
