E-Commerce Trading Asst. Manager
الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsibility for the day-to-day trading of all websites, driving KPIs to increase performance and
accelerate eCommerce growth. - Lead the Ecommerce growth, developing the CMS content rollout plan in line with the department
objectives and strategy. - Working closely with the Agencies, Team Members to build/optimise new season product,
category and attribute files, championing a luxury journey and identifying ways to
improve/enhance the shopping experience. - Managing eCommerce promotional setup and Collaborating with the ecommerce team for onsite
optimisations product/styling recommendations. - Working closely with the digital marketing agencies to help drive traffic performance.
- Overseeing day-to-day management of eCommerce activities, identifying trade opportunities
- Identifying eCommerce initiatives, features and functionality to improve conversion, trade and
shopping experiences to accelerate growth. - Being a key stakeholder in core page developments, e.g. Homepage, PLP, PDP, Checkout and
new Shopping hubs. - Reporting on eCommerce trade performance including KPIs, engagement
- Leading and analysing performance, trends and creating forecasts and using these to develop
the plan for all online trading actions. - This includes agreeing targets and approaches in
partnership with colleagues responsible for Marketing, Finance, Planning and Buying in order to
maximize ROI and sales growth. - Lead Ecommerce representation in Trading Meetings, including reporting on sales, key metrics
and promotions. - Developing and management of a team of Merchandisers, supporting development goals,
individual objectives and cross functional working between teams. - Ensuring Ecommerce plans are aligned as part of an overall omni-channel trading and linked to
the financial goals of the business - Developing your and therefore our knowledge of the product, market and competitor tactics, with
a focus throughout on customer - Partnering with colleagues responsible for creative assets and content to ensure effective product
campaign co-ordination and to optimise product presentation to maximise sales. - Work with Ecommerce Operations to ensure stock is in place to support regular trading and
promotions. Sharing current performance to facilitate more precise outbound logistics planning. - Owning the Direct Pricing Policy – ensuring that we remain compliant with all relevant policies.
- Other duties as determined by the Director of Ecommerce

- Strong eCommerce trading experience, an empowering leadership style and an analytical mindset. You will want to make an impact on our digital growth and enjoy being hands on.
• Experience as an Ecommerce trading manager within a fast-paced
retail business, driving successful sales growth.
• Experience (or potential) to manage a small team Ecommerce/CMS
platform experience essential
• Experience in promotional management.
• Excellent understanding of UX, UI, ecommerce design and
development.
• Strong experience and an intuitive understanding of how users
interact in a digital environment
