الوصف الوظيفي
Role Purpose:
To adhere to the Human Resources policies, procedures, and Employee Guide in order to provide full support to Bupa Arabia staff by undertaking administrative and clerical duties.
Key Accountabilities:

New Joiners
– Create a new folder for all new employees after auditing and cross checking the information from the system; and ensure the completion of the New Joiners process
– Ensure that all employee documents are electronically archived on the system.

External Relations
– Update GOSI online for Bupa Arabia staff in terms of additions and/or deletions by undertaking all process and task needed.
– Enroll the new joiners through the Human Resources Development Fund website and prepare the invoices and attest them from the local bank
– Follow up with staff in regard to their GOSI registration and solve their issues accordingly

Leave Management
– Handle and monitor the annual leave balance of the staff via the system
– Update unpaid leave, maternity leave and special leave via the system
– Arrange the monthly report for annual leave.

Personnel Database Management
– Organize personnel files for BA staff and follow a clear process for file movements; conduct weekly filing for all documents related to staff.
– Update all personnel information related to staff in the system, both permanent and outsource staff

– Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
المهارات
Education:
Minimum requirement BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field.
Skills:
- Adequate professional experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or a relevant HR role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills

- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
