Our Retail division is looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager who will take the business forward with an omnichannel approach. The ideal candidate should be commercially astute with a proven track record of product, sales, and operations.
- P&L Accountability
- Plan and Deliver the Annual Sales budgets
- Set and Implement Product and Price strategy
- Operations Management & Store profitability
- Devise the Marketing Strategy
- Business Development
- Supplier relationships
- Supply Chain Process and Cost Control
- Team Development & Succession Planning

المهارات
The ideal candidate should have at least 15+ years in B2B and B2C Sales Channels. The Job responsibilities include the below but are not limited to:
- 15+ Years Retail Management experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Commercially astute and profit focussed
- Influencing and collaborative management style
- Comfortable managing complexity
- Arabic is an advantage but not essential
- Background in Retail of Medical equipment is preferred
