الوصف الوظيفي
- Senior Stock Executive responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports accuracy and the cycle count of stocks.
- To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all pickings received and pick plans are executed on time.
- Ensure all Stock Sending & Receiving of Stock Transfer Order from CDC – Central Distribution Center are delivered on time and as per business requirements
- Manage the WMS dashboard
- Create and reconcile the (ROF) Receipt of Shipment worksheets.
- Track the Stock Shipments and report any delays to the concerned Departments
- Liaise with Warehouse Staff and other internal teams to test product quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
- Optimize the use of Warehouse Equipment and provide good awareness to the team on the usage of each tool/equipment
المهارات
- Diploma or High School Certification
- 1-3 years of experience Stock Executive or Inventory Executive or any related similar role.
- Microsoft Office
