- Implementing product sales strategy by increasing our chance for acquisition of contracts in Cargo Survey Market – energy commodities.
- Implementing a growth strategy for channels and channel partners.
- Achieving product sales volume by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio. Participating in negotiating of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
- Ensuring achievement of service sales targets, providing cost effective solutions, and initiating improvement plans if required.
- Establishing customer relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding the requirements, regulations and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products. Ensures customer satisfaction issues are registered and responded to by team.
- Supporting the team by participating in sales activities when needed. Responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities and the status of the market.
- Monitoring client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels. Driving health and safety practices in own unit.
- Driving sales efficiency by ensuring adequate selling skills for service sales team members and that the area of responsibility is properly organised.

المهارات
- Sales and marketing understanding cargo survey products.
- Excellent skills in Customer relations with mature selling behaviour and actively drive discussions and negotiations.
- Good knowledge in contract and risk management and aware of sales processes and related tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to identify customer service needs and to match those with Cap cargo products offerings and find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Ability to accurately estimate costs of product offerings.
- Clear verbal communication is must.
- Complete course in work smarter not harder , Mathematical thinking and data analysis.
Employment Conditions
- Twenty percent ( 20% ) commission from the revenue of each contract support cap cargo signing it with anticipated client after paying the overall taxes.
- The commencement of the commission payment will be after signing the contract with the anticipated client.
- You will need to fill your workings hours during your payment period as per the work requirements.
