Klaster is a Dubai based communication training center. We teach languages, accent reduction, public speaking and promote better communication practices through education and events catering to kids and adults learning needs.

In our classrooms we apply Communicative Approach to teaching foreign languages. We stimulate development of meaningful and real communication, at all levels. As a result within our system there is more emphasis on skills rather than systems, lessons are more learner-centred, and authentic materials are being used. Even if a student is a total beginner, educators at Klaster develop student’s understanding using clear instructions and making the most of words learners already know, as well as using gestures, miming, audio and video materials, and pictures, to explain new vocabulary and grammar.

What does an educator do at Klaster?

You’ll teach language lessons that help to educate our students. Your responsibilities are likely to include:

Planning, preparing and teaching language lessons privately (1:1) and for corporate client students
Preparing and teaching group lessons (up to 6 students)

Requirements

C2 Level
Valid teaching certificate or related university degrees (Minimum requirement CELTA)
Experience in teaching (minimum 5 years)
Prior business experience will be valued
Comfortable teaching: presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, multicultural communication, etc.
Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
