2.6 Managing professionals of call center supervisor and call center staff
2.7 Solving any problems complains that may arise.
2.8 Training and developing customer service skills to call center staff
2.9 Collecting the information, analyzing and using it to the plan.
2.10 Staff recruitment and appraisal of call center staffs
2.1 Assisting supervisors, call center staffs to ensure that patient’s issues are solved.
2.2 Implementing new directives and policies regarding customer services and customer satisfaction.
2.3 Ensure implementing f all new directives and policies by call center supervisor and call center staff.
2.4 Dialing with more complex customer inquiries.
2.5 Planning and implementing important changes to improving services delivery.
2.6 Writing reports, attending meeting .and delivering presentation for call center supervisor and call center agent.
2.7 Attending committee meeting and representing the opinions of teams and departments.
2.8 Liaising closely with marketing and all patients to ensure that patients are receive the highest standards of services.
2.9 Assisting Call center supervisor and call center staff and patients provides regarding patients issues that they unable to resolve
2.10 Uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
