We are a fast-growing start-up involved in the manufacturing, sales and retail of premium and luxury consumer goods. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager who will be the senior team member in the Sales department, tasked with developing and executing supporting the sales strategy of the company.

Ø Sales: You will be accountable for driving sales from corporate, government and private HNWI clients:

· Private Clients Sales: Develop strategy and drive sales from B2B clients such as Corporates, High Net-Worth Individuals, Government, and Hospitality

· B2C / Direct Sales: Manage sales generated from Social Media outreach including Instagram, WhatsApp, Online, Friends & Family, etc.)

· International Sales: leading the way to open up key strategic markets for our brand

  • Collaborate with CEO on sales goals, planning, target lists, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Maintain and communicate updates on the customer database and sales pipeline leads.
  • Providing market intelligence reports and information to inform our strategy.
  • Attend and represent the Company at events, exhibitions and meetings.

Ø Customer Experience: Manage the end-to-end journey for the private client ensuring a high-quality buying experience:

· Customizations: Coordinate between Private Clients and Marketing team for Customizations

· Quotations: Prepare pricing with Finance and submit quotations

· Quality: Ensure orders are quality checked and elegantly packed before customer delivery

· Delivery: Manage the delivery process through the team and drivers

المهارات

  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
  • Luxury experience has UAE experience.
  • Driving license is must.
