الوصف الوظيفي

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

Develop Sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships in a designated market vertical/customer.

Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.

Liaises with senior customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, build credibility and build lasting relationships for identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.

Develop relationships and collaborate with our main vendors to define, recommend, and drive sales

Closing deals, winning business as well as developing opportunities

Build a strong pipeline, forecast, and meet target.

Engage with Pre-Sales and Business Consulting support for customer meetings to develop customer discussions further

Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions

Contribute individually and as a team member,

Being able to orchestrate proposals together with other internal business groups. Understand that is all about the customer.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 Years Sales Experience

Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

  • Native Arabic Speaker

  • Extensive understanding of business fundamentals paired with an innate ability to lead.
  • Flawless exchange of ideas during peer-to-peer communication and the ability to follow-up effectively.
