IT Performance Specialist (KPI)

Job Location- Riyadh, KSA on a 1-year contract.

Professionals with 30 day or less notice period will be preferred.

Position Objective:

Develop organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards related to Incidents, service management, capacity, and availability, and work with relevant cross-departments to identify methods to collect and analyse such indicators.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Develop organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards related to a different infrastructure network, platform, electromechanical, and application performance.
• Work with services and relevant teams and departments to identify key performance indicators that can be benchmarked against best practices.
• Monitors/measure and reports on vendor performance and provide results on vendor SLAs.
• Develop/Monitor/measure and report on OLA/SLA within the organization and provide reports.
• Monitors/measures and reports performance relating to corporate plans/strategies, key policies and standards, service effectiveness and service risk.
• Drives the standardization of SLAs and vendor measurement with stakeholders.
• Apply a range of data analysis techniques to enable senior managers to have a detailed understanding of the effectiveness of various reports, potential risks, and potential problems.
• Develop a clear understanding of the scope and content of performance reports required by Management/Executives.
• Identify performance monitoring gaps, and the implications of the gaps, and make recommendations as to how to address those gaps.

Qualification and Skills:

• Master or Bachelor in Information Technology
• 8+ Years Experience with a minimum of 4+ years experience in Performance, Balance scorecards, KPI and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience in Developing organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards related to different infrastructure networks, platforms, electromechanical, and application performance. Experience in performing business intelligence or business analyst functions, turning data into useful information, including visualization through dashboards.
• Strong skills in using analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau etc.).
• Certification in KPI, Balance Scorecard.
• Any certification in Data Analysis tools will be a plus
• Knowledge of different performance standards and benchmarks.
• Good analytical skills.
