-Aligning current Human resource activities as per the organization's work ethics and requirements.

-Assist the senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements.

-1-3 year of experience as an HR manager (covering all areas of HR including recruitment, induction, employee relations, etc.)

-precise knowledge of UAE labor law

-Evaluate existing L&D sessions and implement modifications for improvement.

-Ensure key address of vital operational aspects to consistently improve company performance and follow the KPIs to appraisals

Portraying exemplary skills in managing multiple activities with diverse employees.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Passionate HR professional with a genuine interest in building long-lasting professional connections.
Proficient in handling delicate workforce issues and conflicts with a preferred experience in the same.
