Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
- Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
- Managing the digital marketing calendar
- Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
- Tracking digital marketing performance
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports
- Overseeing the digital marketing budget
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, PPC, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and keyword research
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Experience with using SEO analysis tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs)
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Google Display Network campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital media Marketing, or a similar field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience with digital marketing automation software
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of web publishing
- Proficiency with SEO & SEM tools
