Experience- 4-10 years
Salary – As per industry standard (according to knowledge and experience).
Minimum 4 Years of Business Development experience in the AEC industry is essential.
Prospect & develop new markets & business opportunities with design companies, infrastructure project developers, and contractors.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Define the sales strategy to build a strong pipeline of clients. Prospect and develop new markets & new business opportunities with AEC firms.
Responsible for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales forecasting with the management.
Manage both commercial and contractual relationships with the clients: recurring follow-up, customer feedback and satisfaction tracking, invoicing, and payment terms negotiation.
Regular update of sales forecast and daily activities in CRM.
المهارات
Required Candidate Profile:
Candidates having prior experience in the Building Information Modeling (BIM) industry will have an advantage.
Min 1-5 years experience in BIM marketing / Business development.
Candidate should have experience in B2B international marketing targeted geographical areas like the middle east, Europe, UK, and USA.
