We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for the Aircraft Parts Sales Representative position with a passion for aviation, who has the initiative and competence to make a significant contribution to the organization. As a key member of the company's team, Aircraft Parts Sales work closely with the Managing Director to help structure and set the company sales targets.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales and gross profit.
  • Generating new business and building relationships with our customers and/or potential customers.
  • Continuously researches the market within the identified territory to identify prospective customers.
  • Provide sales support to the organization and Building relationships through Direct customer contact.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and integrates trends into strategic sales.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Identifies and generates sales leads through various means of contacting new capture and low-visit customers.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan.
  • Meet sales targets, drives new business markets, and develop strong business partnerships.
  • Constant follow-up and monitoring until the deal is closed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and excellent customer service.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned at the discretion of the Managing Director
  • Communicates extensively with prospective customers regarding the company’s Aviation parts.
  • Reports significant trends to the Managing Director and recommends specific actions as appropriate.
  • Listing of available parts for sale as removed, serviceable, or freshly overhauled onto our own website or to the third-party platform.
  • Sourcing spare parts for our own aircraft use or 3rd party especially for AOG event support.
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistic providers to follow up on orders and shipments status.
  • Direct calling or mass emailing potential customers for available parts or engines to the specific operators that are currently operating aircraft such as Embraer 135/145, Boeing 757, Hawkers, and Helicopter S76.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and excellent customer service.
  • Uses a variety of marketing techniques to secure sales for the company including site-based visits, telemarketing, and written correspondence.
  • Utilizes and maintains the company’s current customers.

المهارات

  • Depth of knowledge and experience in sales in the Aviation Industry for 2 years minimum is an advantage.
  • Previous work experience in an aviation company with knowledge of aircraft spare parts, accessories, and components.
  • Experience in spare parts inspection/quality control is also considered an advantage.
  • Experience in handling and sourcing parts necessary for AOG situations.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
