Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products and applications. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the user experience by creating user-centric designs and translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize and communicate design ideas.
• Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Design visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity, usability principles, and industry best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets the desired functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the design process and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user research methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate design concepts and ideas clearly.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
