Job Description-Duties & Responsibilities

· To check Subcontractor Invoices and verify the executed quantities with invoiced quantities.

· To coordinate with engineering discipline and Projects team in obtaining the inputs required to evaluate quantities of each activity,

· To calculate and update the released quantity for the projects each area.

· To prepare the quantities from Engineering Input’s.

· To develop a quantity tracking sheet based on Project BOQ’s.

· To work closely with the team on subcontracting invoices.

· To check the sub-contractor’s invoices and quantities measurements and verifying the same.

· To provide inputs of quantities for preparation of projects construction schedule.

· To coordinate with the Projects team for the details of executed quantities & sub-contractors executed quantities and verifying the same for its correctness.

· To Check and update Tender scope quantities & Contractual quantities.

· To Support Cost engineer/ Project Control in updating and issuing current/forecast Reports

· To liaise with the Project contracts team and provide all supporting documentation for processing claims/back charges.

· To provide inputs for monthly report to Cost estimation/Project controls in consultation with Projects Manager for Quantities tracking Reports.

· To capture project inputs and prepare comparison of BOQ Vs actual quantities and change order quantities.

المهارات

· Minimum 8 years' experience in large scale infrastructure water and wastewater projects in KSA.

· Being familiar with NWC procedures and requirements.

· Having demonstrable experience in large-scale civil and mechanical work packages.

· Must have advanced technical training and/a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

· Excellent English and Arabic language skills, excellent IT skills and possess excellent Communication Skills.

· GCC experience is a must with high preference to candidates with previous experience with NWC and SWCC projects.

· Ready to relocate to Eastern region
