Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives, and managing the sales team and division Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s offered technology product or solutions, and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly. Select suitable technology products or solutions agencies and manage the relationship. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the top management
المهارات
8 – 10 Years , BS/MS degree in IT or a related field and Strong Sales skills, Sales Management Experience, Analysing data, Knowledge in market conditions & IT sector
