Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the sales of IT support and services to new or existing customers in order to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintains the client relationships, provides pre-sales as well as after sales advice,
- Engage in cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.
- Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations including high-level solution overviews and/or demos.
- Understand customers’ business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.
- Persuade potential buyers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and service delivery while managing customer objections.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and distributors.
- Manage your own time by organizing and prioritizing daily and monthly tasks.

Job Description
The position requires an individual to have a good business acumen with a broad understanding of Information Technology services. They should also be good team players with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-4 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred in UAE is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanor. Excellent presentation skills.
- Broad technology knowledge.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic (Preferable).
- Knowledge of MS Office software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Passionate about sales.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Driving License with own car (Preferable).
