Responsibilities:

Start the customer site Survey & setup the technical solution.
Prepare the bill of materials & quantities.
Design of security and low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, Time Attendance and bio metrics …etc.).
Maintaining the installation and troubleshooting of the security systems (CCTV, Access Control).
Defines project scope based on customers’ / prospects’ needs.
Develops the required technical and product solution.
Perform site surveys and customer needed training.
Collaborate with project teams to have a successful implementation of the project with minimum cost.
Ensures proper performance and effectiveness of systems.
Validates system functionality by executing the operational checklist in order to ensure that everything is working properly.
Responsible to successfully manage, execute Projects.
Manage generating and closing all work order and clients’ requests.
Contract analysis, Claims & Variation management.
Prepare periodic reports for management including the status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
Monitoring site installation, testing, commissioning and site acceptance.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer science
Computer skills: excellent in MS office suit.
Language proficiency: excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Years of Experience: 2 to 6 years.
Planning and executing large-scale projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and problem-solving skills.
Effectively communicate with construction managers, architects, and other engineers throughout a project’s development and execution.
Team leadership.
