الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for a Customer Happiness Consultant who has experience working in Tasheel, Amer, Tawjeeh, and other Government Centers. He/she would be responsible for the following:
1. Working in the ministry of labor system and typing the application required for the companies
2. Ensure customers happiness and satisfaction based on fast and efficient services
3. Utilize supervisor’s technical authorization to solve customers’ issues
4. Participate in operation and sales/marketing strategies and plans
5. Staff training and evaluation
