Key Activities:

  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served
  • Recognizes superior quality food products, presentations, and flavour.
  • Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage and food safety standards.
  • Supports procedures for food & beverage portion and waste controls.
  • Supervises Food preparation shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
  • Assists in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service at all areas under his responsibility.
