الوصف الوظيفي
- Monitor actual performance of restaurants in assigned areas against budgeted figures; recommend corrective measures
- Ensures all policy, systems and procedures are implemented and clearly communicated to RMs and monitors compliance
- Oversee daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly financial P&L accounts for all outlets within assigned area
- Develop initiatives to correct sales underperformance and maximize sales opportunities
- Evaluates results of customer feedback and directs action plans/guidance for improvement
- Provides direction and input to outlet development/possible new sites and advises on layouts/customer flow.
- Ensures effective utilization of store space; anticipate & advise changes in layout based on sales or seasonal history
- Analyzes financial reports to identify market trends and address issues in the area performance
