Operations Section Head
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operations Department budgeting.
- Operations Department objective.
- Maintenance works Planning
- Inspection process Verification
- Inspectors and supervisors’ performance evaluation and development.
- Assurance of stations service level.
- Marketing activities coordination and implementation.
- Contribution to procurement process.
- Complaints of Operations Department resolving.
- Compliance of quality system and Health and occupational safety instructions.
- Reports, Analysis, and special Studies of Operations Department.
Main Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in related field.
- Previous experience in projects management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communications skills at all levels with internal and external parties.
- Excellent Report Writing Skills.
- Very good English command (reading, Written & Speaking).
