تنفيذ سياسة التصميمات المعتمدة وكذلك جميع أوامر الشغل فى حدود طبيعة عمله
إعداد الرسوم التخطيطية للبنايات مع مراعاة التنسيق الداخلي والمحيط الخارجي كذلك.
التدخل لإيجاد الحلول في حال ظهور أي عقبات أثناء عملية البناء.
إعداد التقارير الأولية والنهائية للمشاريع المسئول عنها.
التنسيق مع وحدة إدارة العقود وطرح العطاءات حسب برامج العمل .
حصر المشاكل والمعوقات المتعلقة بالمخططات والتصاميم المعمارية والتعديلات والإضافات المقترحة التي تظهر أثناء تنفيذ مشاريع البناء والمشاركة في معالجتها من خلال تقديم التوصيات والاقتراحات بالتنسيق مع الوحدات التنظيمية المختصة.

المهارات
بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة معترف بها ولديه خبرة موثقة لا تقل عن 8سنوات في الرفع المعماري والتصميم وتحضير وثائق العطاءات
خبره على الاقل 8 سنوات فى (الحصر -المستخلصات)
الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المعماريه .
يجب أن يتمتع بخبرة جيدة فيما يتعلق باستعمال الفوتوشوب وبرمجيات الرسم الأتوتوكاد، وأيضاً ثري دي ماكس جي.
