Description
IT service delivery manager providing support to up to 200 users including VIPsSupporting day to day IT issues in a timely manner, and triaging IT support requests using systems like ServiceNowSomeone to grow out a team of IT support operatives as the business grows
Profile
Great communicator, someone who is confident dealing with C level stakeholdersExperienced in managing IT support in a large organisation and/or an organisation that is in a huge growth phaseExperience in M365 and IOS/Mac support
