Responsibilities
Ensure that the Order to Cash process exceeds customers' expectations in terms of Customer Experience and cost efficiencyProactively manage 3PL in terms of SLA, making sure that the partners deliver a superior D&I Customer ExperienceGuarantee the achievement of sales objectives, liaising proactively with sales so as to identify and reduce backlog slippage and minimizing revenue deviationsEnsure the continuous improvement of logistic costs and stock optimization and that Order to Cash is lean, effective and efficientEnsure proper Invoicing process, in compliance with local with fiscal law compliance and IFRS Group Revenue Recognition policiesSupport Country Manager to develop reliable and accurate sales forecasts (Month/Quarter/FY)Guarantee precise and timely orders process and portfolio order management, assuring data quality, consistency and reliabilityGuarantee an effective Customer Claim Management ensuring proactive and effective solutions to customer complaintsResponsible for ensuring proper Governance and Compliance of the Order to Cash ProcessBuild a solid, robust, right-sized, competent, customer oriented and engaged team
Requirements
4-8 years' relevant experience in Customer Service and Logistics fieldCustomer Caring and Customer orientationExperience in Warehouse, Inventory and Stock ManagementDemand planning & Forecasting Delivery & Installation processesExperience in Import/Export processes, custom dutiesKnowledge of SAP – advance SD module useMicrosoft Office Advance User skillsFinancial skills and cost managementProject ManagementStrong leadership which inspires colleagues and customersHands on and willing to "play the game" on the field supporting the teamProactive and capable to act as being a change agentTeam management with high degree of empathy
