Business Development Manager – Garment Factory (Workwear, Uniform, Corporate Clothing)

Location: UAE & GCC

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our garment factory specialized in workwear, uniform, and corporate clothing. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE as a business development manager and should have a strong technical understanding of the specifications of uniforms and workwear.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the workwear, uniform, and corporate clothing industry.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identifying and analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop new product lines.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and profits.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Managing and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Continuously monitoring and analyzing the competitive landscape and market conditions.
Representing the company at trade shows, events, and other industry-related functions.

المهارات

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business development manager in the UAE.
Proven experience in the workwear, uniform, and corporate clothing industry.
Strong technical understanding of the specifications of uniforms and workwear.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Own car is mandatory.
