Branches Idea company is a Saudi National company located in Riyadh, own the franchise for International Sports Companies. Branches Idea is looking to hire Procurement & Purchasing Officer who will be undertaking all purchasing orders and company supplies and all what is required from work as following up for contracts and suppliers.
Job Description:
- Responsible forpurchasing orders according to requested PO’s, stated specifications and cleared timetable.
- Maintain a list of local and international suppliers and vendors.
- Undertake effective negotiation with suppliers for pricing, quality and delivery timetable.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payments and documented.
- Responsibility of Company’s Contract with the services providers.
- Look for new suppliers, alternatives for currently used products if necessary.
- Manage any other required tasks that is related to the job description.
- Produce and maintain all reports.
- Manage Inventory and Supply Chain.
- Logistics and Custom Clearance.

- An effective negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work experience: More than two years
- Microsoft Office.
- Negotiation skill.
- Creating contracts.
