Provides psychiatric services to patients with mental, emotional and behavioural disorders by giving assessments, diagnosis and treatment plans.

– Education & Licensure:

– Saudi Board, Arab Board or equivalent degree recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

– Maintains a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties license as Psychiatry Consultant.

– Professional Experience:

– Minimum of three (3) years’ experience practicing as Consultant for a new contract as Consultant.

– Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working as Senior Registrar for any promotion to Consultant post.

– SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE:

– Dedicated to exemplary patient service to ensure patient satisfaction.

– Ability to solve problems and motivate staff.

– Ability to analyse information and to clearly document given data

– Excellent communication skills with active listening and patience.

– Capacity to deal with complexities and challenging cases.

– Flexibility to adapt to different cultural differences

Maintain high standards at all times of personal appearance, timekeeping, attendance and respect.
