Underground, a new bar and lounge located in the VIP Hotel, is seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a wide variety of drinks, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take drink orders and serve drinks to guests
- Interact with guests, providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, stocking it with supplies as needed
- Follow all state and local liquor laws and regulations
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and able to make recommendations
- Assists in inventory, ordering and receiving of bar supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a similar establishment
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly and approachable manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
