Establishing rules and methodologies according to the client requirements on cost reporting.
Managing the project cost control team and training them.
Discussing and agreeing on the budgets for the Project with the budgeting department, cost control department and the Project manager.
Providing all necessary cost information requested to project manager to assist him and to share with him managing the budget and profit.
Reviewing and endorsing project expenditure incurred in line with the approved budget.
Preparing and submitting the project cost reports to the Corporate Cost Control Manager on a monthly basis.
Presenting periodical internal Dashboard report with discussion on the project Cost Report issues and proposing the preventive and corrective actions. In addition, taking the directives from the Corporate Cost Control Manager and Project manager presented in the dashboard.
Submitting consultation of the cost analysis at the Project completion date, explaining the project Cost Deviation Report and advising the Corporate Cost Control Manager about the deviation causes and how to avoid the re-occurrence of such deviation in the upcoming projects.
Supporting and providing project historical actual cost data to the Corporate Cost Control Manager to get benefits of the lessons learned.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or other relevant discipline
Minimum 12 years of Experience in Cost Control processes and management
Experience in Large Mixed Use Projects
Candidate must be proficient with cost management, industry-standard estimating, project control software, and should be familiar with the scheduling process.
Excellent English Language Skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction projects Cost management software and MS Office Software.
