الوصف الوظيفي
We opened our Dubai office recently and now hiring a sales hero to distribute our product to retail chains.
Candidates must be fluent in English with a proven track record of being a “hunter” with the ability to open new doors, get appointments and meet senior decision makers within the UAE retail sector.
- Search for new clients in the UAE in retail segment
- Analysis of the market and competitors by new products, promotions, pricing
- Reach new clients and make deals
- Grow business relationships and sales
- Develop commercial proposals, elaboration of matrices and prices
- Planning shipments to customers
- Budgeting and development of trade marketing activities
- Achieve monthly assigned value and volume targets
- Track sales goals and report results
- Ensure and control timely collection of due payments
- Understand our clients’ needs
المهارات
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Have strong sales experience
- Have strong negotiation and presentation skills with clients at all levels
- Good at Excel, Power Point
Requirements:
- Currently living in the UAE – candidates outside of the UAE will not be considered
- Vast experience in FMCG / Food and Beverage trading in the UAE
- Knowledge of the retail market in the UAE
- Self-motivated and hungry for success
- Independent problem solving
