الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for making sure that software projects/services are being seamlessly delivered to customers.
- Make sure of the fulfillment of proposals during bidding phase on time.
- Recommend methods of improvement and following up that actions are implemented on time for different engagements.
- Highlight any risks to the relevant teams.
- Point of communication for any issues/decisions that are needed for proper execution of software projects.
- Track KPIs of software projects, provide relevant reports to higher management.
- Assess customer feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Analyze of lost opportunities and provide reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Review of the accuracy of data in CRM and provide account management team with needed feedback.
- follow up building capabilities budget consumption and ROI generated.
المهارات
- From 10-15 years’ experience in the same field, with 5 years proven experience in management role.
- Previous Experienced of working in the same industry.
- PMP Certified is a plus.
