Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
1-2 Years experience working in the HR field
communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skill
Excellent English Language
