  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and paper records of employees and their personal files.
  • Prepare employee offer letters and contracts.
  • Knowledge in Sourcing candidates through recruitment portals.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Knowledge in using government portals like GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa & Mudad etc.
  • Prepare necessary reports, as and when requested by other departments.
  • Keep record of Iqama / other legal documents and identify renewal requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Manage, maintain, and update the HR information system

المهارات

  • Pertinent Bachelor degree educational qualification in the field of Human Resources / Business Administration.
  • Fresher candidate
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
