Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff.
  • Monitors and facilitates the use of company air travel credit cards, frequent flyer programs, and other applicable rewards and loyalty programs.
  • Prepare LPO and handle payment-related communication with vendors if required (hotel and travel agents).
  • Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Perform HR administrative tasks alongside any other administrative tasks assigned

المهارات

Preference

  • Immediate Joiners
  • Sponsorship Visa Holders
  • GCC/ UAE experience is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Proven administration experience
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in computer literacy.
  • Understands rules and principles.
